Job Description

  • We are looking for a Creative Content Creator & Brand Storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling narratives and produce content that drives attention, emotion, and engagement.
  • You will play a key role in shaping how our brand speaks, looks, and connects with audiences across digital platforms.

Primary Objectives

  • Develop and execute compelling brand storytelling that builds strong emotional connections with the target audience.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content that drives attention, engagement, and brand recall.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across all digital channels.
  • Leverage consumer psychology, trends, and data insights to craft impactful content strategies.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats and storytelling techniques to improve reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Continuously optimize content performance using analytics, feedback, and creative iterations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling stories, scripts, and content concepts for brand, product, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, website, blogs, and marketing videos.
  • Craft emotionally engaging narratives using audience psychology and empathy-driven communication.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to identify fresh content opportunities and insights.
  • Apply Design Thinking principles to ideate, structure, and refine creative content experiences.
  • Create and experiment with trending content formats: reels, shorts, memes, storytelling videos, hooks, and visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to execute cohesive content strategies.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for content research, ideation, concept building, and scriptwriting.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling style across all digital touchpoints.
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, watch-time, shares) and recommend creative improvements.
  • Assist in planning and executing creative campaigns that strengthen brand image and audience connection.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and communication objectives.

Technical Skills You Should Have

  • Strong command of scriptwriting, storytelling, and narrative structuring for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, websites, and blogs.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology, emotional communication, and engagement-driven content creation.
  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for ideation, research, and content enhancement.
  • Familiarity with short-form video formats, hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, content patterns, and best-performing formats.
  • Experience in writing SEO-friendly blog content (optional but beneficial).
  • Ability to collaborate using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, or project management platforms.

  • Visual Thinking: Strong sense of visual storytelling, scene setup, pacing, and message flow.
  • AI-Assisted Creativity: Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for ideation, scriptwriting, and content enhancement.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Ability to identify industry gaps, opportunities, and creative direction ideas.
  • Content Optimization: Skilled in improving engagement through hooks, structure, captions, CTAs, and formats.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with design, product, and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Design, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital storytelling, social media content, or creative strategy.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling skills, content creativity, and digital platform understanding.
  • Exceptional freshers with a strong Instagram presence, creative portfolio, or storytelling samples are encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, storytelling, social media content, or digital marketing.
  • Experience producing content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, websites, and blogs.
  • Prior experience in creating scripts, short-form videos, reels/shorts, or brand narratives is highly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to execute creative ideas.
  • Exceptional freshers with a strong creative portfolio or high-engagement Instagram presence may also apply.
