Job Description

  • We are looking for talented Technical Recruiter HR who are passionate and know-how the process of building scalable and secure functionality on top of the HR platform. You will be associated with a qualified and experienced pool of people with whom you will build correlations by sharing your experience and growing your capabilities.

Primary Objectives

  • Write & post technical Job Description.
  • To efficiently and effectively fill up open positions.
  • Source potential candidates and interview them.
  • Coordinate with different colleges and institutes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicating with managers or CEOs to identify future job openings.
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to online platforms like indeed, Facebook,
    Twitter, Linkedin.
  • Communicating requirements in different colleges & arranging campus placement.
  • Identify the candidate based on skills and qualifications mentioned in job details to
    screen resumes.
  • Perform pre-screening calls or video calls to analyze applicant’s abilities. Performing background checks & references.
  • Coordinate with team leaders and arrange the practical round with them.
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding candidates.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.

Technical Skills You Should Have

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and decision making skills.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • Experience in the recruitment process and online platforms.
  • Ability to make strong relationships with college placement cells & other institutes.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word and excel.

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD or equivalent.
