Job Description

  • We are looking for talented Technical Support Executives who are passionate and know-how the process of building scalable and secure functionality on top of the Technical Support platform. You will be associated with a qualified and experienced pool of people with whom you will build correlations by sharing your experience and growing your capabilities.

Primary Objectives

  • Responsible for providing accurate and creative solutions to end-user problems to
    ensure their satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Provide support to other programmers and developers.
  • Solid understanding of the Android development life cycle.
  • Translate customer needs and requirements into application solutions.
  • Maintain, manage and update technical system documentation.

Technical Skills You Should Have

  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS Environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant field,
  • B.Tech (CSE/ IT),BCA, MCA.

Experience
